Well, I just checked the statistics and this brand-new web site has already gotten over 1,300 page requests in it's first month! Thanks to the members and to the folks who visit this site: this is phenomenal, as far as I'm concerned, and you made it happen! We've already shared gig opportunities and helped some musicians connect with other musicians. Some of our members have great accomplishments to share. Thanks to this site and it's members, I've gotten additional web work! And, a bass player in California found us in the search engines. Now he's helping me learn to do more advanced web development and I'm sending him bass lines to try. So, life here at the home of ABL is exciting and interesting. Changes (hopefully improvements) are ongoing. Feel free to write in with ideas and suggestions. I promise to read each one sent in. And, if you're a member and have something you want to write about in this column, please send it in! Obviously, I need all the help I can get. Thanks for visiting AcousticByLines. |
